Business communication and after-sales collaboration

2025-09 ~ 2026-05

A platform connecting customer conversations with after-sales service through direct and group chats, ticket workflows and release plans. Contribute to messaging, ticket integration, desktop notifications and window adaptation, with session and loading reliability improvements.

Context

A platform for customer conversations, internal collaboration and after-sales service, combining direct/group chats, service tickets and release plans. Users manage business issues alongside their conversations.

My contribution

  • Conversations and messages: contribute to private conversations within after-sales groups, group creation, quoted replies, forwarding, draft caching, copy/paste and file sending.
  • After-sales and tickets: work on ticket transitions, ticket visibility within service groups, feedback-ticket entry points and status interactions.
  • Collaboration pages: contribute to release-plan tables and filtering, service-station rankings and related drawer interfaces.
  • Notifications and desktop adaptation: handle do-not-disturb behavior, browser-title and desktop-taskbar alerts, and window sizing within an Electron host.
  • Reliability: improve history pagination, initial loading, timeout feedback and message ownership during session switching and large-file uploads.

Technical example: session consistency on slow networks

A response for session A may arrive after the user has switched to B. Cancel overlapping requests and check session identity after the request and asynchronous message transformation to prevent stale updates.

This is one reliability improvement within a broader contribution spanning messaging, tickets, collaboration pages and desktop experience.
